I want to know if my spouse is responsible for paying my personal loans when I die.

Upon my death is my spouse responsible for paying off the outstanding personal loans I took in my name only>

She would only be responiable for debts that you both occured together.

What did you own together?
If you owned property together or had credit cards in a joint account the creditors would go after the remaining spouse.
Check your title(s) of ownership.
